Interacting with everyone to impart technical knowledge, he must have impeccable communication. He should be able to convey his thoughts with the use of proper words and pass the message. Communication plays a vital role in a functional expert job profile.

- Ego clashes between fellow differentiators are also a common thing in functional experts, which can lead to conflicts.
